Payment Policy​
Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments are subject to a penalty fee equal to 5% of the full amount.
PayPal or Zelle are accepted methods of payments, checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

private lessons and tutoring: Twin Cities Italian requires at least 24 hours notice in order to offer a make up lesson, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the lesson.

group and semi-private sessions: no make up lessons for the single student. If it is a semi-private lesson and the whole group needs to cancel, Twin Cities Italian requires at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the lesson.
​Refund Policy
Once a session starts there is no refund.

Group Policy
Twin Cities Italian considers a group a minimum of four students.

Semi-private Group Policy
A semi-private group is a group of students formed by acquaintances, friends or family members who do not want additional new students with them. The group has a minimum of two students.
A semi-private group is charged as semi-private lessons.

Copyright Policy
All pictures and material posted on this site are copyrighted. They cannot be used with the intent of making money but only for the purpose of learning about Italian language and culture.
Pictures by Laura Bray can be used in other websites as long as they are attributed to Laura Bray with a link to this site.
